David Patin Jr. is a New Orleans native and personal injury attorney with nearly a decade of legal experience across every side of the courtroom.
After earning his J.D. from Southern University Law Center, David clerked for multiple judges at Orleans Civil District Court before joining the New Orleans City Attorney's Office, where he litigated on behalf of the city in its Litigation Department and later served as a City Prosecutor. He also gained experience at a private defense firm, representing corporations and insurance companies. David then joined a general practice firm where he managed all of its personal injury cases and was responsible for generating the majority of its PI clients.
In 2025, David opened Litigator Law LLC a brick-and-mortar personal injury firm at 829 Baronne St. in New Orleans dedicated exclusively to fighting for injured people. No other practice areas. No divided attention. Just personal injury done right.
